Please note I do not participate with insurance panels. Unless otherwise negotiated, it is your responsibility to find out your insurance company’s policies and to file for insurance reimbursement if you choose. I am happy to provide you with a statement to file with your insurance company upon request.
Regular therapy sessions are billed at $175.00 per 55 min appointment. Additional weekly sessions, 90-minute appointments or Somatic Experiencing intensives may be available if deemed appropriate for your needs – rates available upon request. The fee for each session will be due at the conclusion of the session via cash, check or electronic payment through a HIPAA-compliant payment system, IVY Pay, which will send you text message alerts each time the card on file is charged. I am happy to provide a receipt of payment upon request.

Structure and Cost of Sessions
The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 55 minutes. If appointment time is available, requests for 90-minute sessions or Somatic Experiencing intensives may be offered. The therapist will not meet with individual clients more than twice weekly as a higher level of care may be needed when exceeding this.
Clients must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Clients will be responsible for the entire session fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance unless you experience an unforeseeable emergency. Charge of the cancellation fee is up to the discretion of the therapist. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
